Oral Presentation Exhibition at Communications Matter 2022!

AAGI’s oral presentation was exhibited at Communications Matter 2022 held at the University of Leeds on September 11-13, 2022.

We gave an oral presentation about the project at Best Research Evidence,
The exhibition was held at the Exhibition in the Exhibition Hall of the University of Leeds Libraries for three days, including in real time.
We will begin full-scale trials of the software in Europe.

International Conference on Computer Assistance for Persons with Disabilities:
“Joint International Conference on Digital Inclusion, Assistive Technology & Accessibility – ICCHP-AAAATE 2022” , as a “Science Track Contribution” of the plenary session “Extended Mouth/Tongue Gesture Recognition Module for People with Severe Motor Dysfunction” gave an oral presentation.
It was held at the Polytechnic University of Milan, located on the shores of Lake Lecco, north of Milan.

#024U We exhibited AAGI at Innovation Day 2022 in Kashiwazaki!

It was held on June 15, 2022 at the Kashiwazaki City Cultural Hall Alforet in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture.
#024U Innovation Day 2022 in Kashiwazaki is hosted by Dr. Ishikita, Director of Medical Device Innovation Laboratory, Clinical Research Department, National Hospital Organization Niigata Hospital.
Dr. Ishikita invented and won the Grand Prix at an international competition, “a ventilator that can be manufactured with a 3D printer”.
In addition to exhibiting a number of products, including those from the 1980s, the results of research by groups and individuals engaged in innovative activities in various fields were presented.

“Training session for dissemination of gesture interfaces for persons with severe motor impairment” was held.
It was scheduled to be held for two days, but the corona disaster did not end, and it was held online in one day.
Nearly 50 occupational therapists from Tokyo participated.

“Workshop for dissemination of gesture interfaces for persons with severe motor impairment” will be held.

a hybrid workshop for occupational therapists working in Tokyo is scheduled!

The presentation, demonstration, and Q&A session were held in two hours, and I believe that the research was sufficiently communicated.

An interim follow-up was carried out for “research and development on the sophistication of basic technology for gesture interfaces and clinical evaluation”.
This has been adopted for the Tateishi Foundation Research Grant S “Harmony between Humans and Machines”, which is being implemented from April 2020 to March 2023.

Four people from the Kyoto area and two people from Tokyo visited our laboratory in Tsukuba.
As a project, he encouraged me not only to make academic progress, but also to cherish the parts that are useful to the world.
